IMMIGRATION RELIEF
I offer assistance with immigration visa applications with USCIS, as follows:
1. U.S. citizens bringing their alien fiance(e)s and their children (K1 & K2) into the U.S.
Timing is key for bringing your fiance(e) into the U.S. I will make sure that we navigate this process properly and that all of the USCIS requirements are met, even if you are required to physically meet with your fiance(e) outside of the U.S.
2. Petitions for family members
As the spouse or relative of an LPR or a USC, you may be eligible for a LPR status as well. I assist you in applications for petitions for alien relatives, which often involve many documents and evidence to go along with them.
3. Waivers of Inadmissibility
Someone who failed to have a visa at all or who overstayed on a visa and became an “overstayer” is deemed by USCIS to be inadmissible. That means that when this person leaves the U.S., they will be barred from returning to the U.S. However, in some circumstances, the person may be able to obtain a waiver of inadmissibility. This waiver is based on the hardship that a USC or LPR would face if the person were deported from the U.S. These waivers contain extensive documentation to prove the hardship of the “qualifying relative” (USC or LPR relative). Once the waiver is obtained, that person may leave the U.S. and go to their country of origin to do consular processing. When the eventually return to the U.S., they will be let back in through immigration because they possess the waiver of inadmissibility.
4. Adjustment of Status
This is the process where a person goes applies for LPR status (their green card), when they are physically present in the U.S. If someone is outside of the U.S., they must obtain a visa to enter the U.S. through consular processing at the U.S. Embassy in the country where they live.
5. Victims of human trafficking and their dependents (T Visa) and criminal activity and their dependents (U Visa)
People who have been human trafficked (T visa) or victims of major crimes (U visa) who have assisted law enforcement are often eligible for these visas. As an attorney, I support my client through this process, often working with local law enforcement or law enforcement in another state.

We currently charge $100 for a 60-minute consultation. We conduct these by phone, Zoom or in person. A fee agreement for an engagement with our firm must be signed in person.
Consultations are generally for one person or one set of immediate relatives (such as a parent / child or husband / wife). If you have a friend or other relative who has separate immigration questions about their status, or a family matter of their own, we would be happy to consult with them separately. You may bring someone with you to support you or to interpret or help you understand the advice given.
WhatsApp and Facetime would require our staff to use their personal Facebook accounts or iPhones to communicate with you. To protect your sensitive information and the privacy of our staff, we do not currently consult using WhatsApp or Facetime. If you would like an online / virtual consultation, we would be happy to assist you over the phone or via Zoom.
Yes, we do. We have helped many clients outside of Nevada, Virginia, Texas, and even outside of the United States with their immigration matters.
Yes, we offer monthly payment plans for many types of cases.
Yes, our staff is fluent in English and Spanish.
We are not available to assist clients in detention. However, we can refer such cases to an attorney who handles immigration matters for someone being detained.
We primarily focus on immigration work, but we will occasionally assist with some types of civil cases, such as guardianship, and we do many types of Family Law. If we are not able to assist you with your civil matter, we will be able to refer you to an attorney who can.
We are open to in-person appointments for current clients and in person consultations in a limited capacity. However, to meet in person with your Attorney you must make an appointment. We conduct electronic client appointments via phone, Zoom, mail, and e-mail.

When you consult with us, we will be able to determine the complexity of your case. We will also be able to provide you an estimate you for fees, taxes, and government costs.

FAQ's
The foreign partner must reside outside of the USA and be legally free and able to marry (not already married). Further, he or she must have met the USA citizen partner in person within the previous two years, and have no major criminal convictions in order to submit an application for a K-1 visa.
This is, perhaps, one of the most difficult areas in immigration law today: the issue of inadmissibility and how to (or whether someone can) overcome this hurdle. The issue of inadmissibility deals with how you came to be in the U.S. and is very fact intensive. If you have a question about whether or not you are inadmissible or whether you qualify for a waiver of inadmissibility, schedule an appointment with our office today.
Because of the extensive documentation required with a waiver of inadmissibility, it will take at least months, but sometimes over a year to put together a waiver of inadmissibility packet to submit to the USCIS. However, if someone has all of their photos, receipts, pay stubs and other such evidence organized and ready to go, it makes things easier to produce when such documents are needed.
